Technicians are GREAT. Mainly John. He's a gem and a true professional. If you want to get treated like a valued customer, ask to speak with Amy or Rick who were also great. Only deal with the "office manager" KIM if you have a weird fetish for being disrespected & humiliated... Or if you just plan to go all summer / winter without air / heat....

Our HVAC went out just as June turned hot (no surprise there) and at a time when I had been putting off getting a new maintenance contract. Based on online reviews, I called Air Supply. As they were amazingly busy, the first available wasn't until the next day/ early evening.

They no call/no showed for a scheduled appointment today. When I called to find out what happened no one answered the phone and I was placed into a "que" that never ended.. completely unprofessional and I'll be sure to spread the word.

Air Supply Services installed an complete new heat pump system without a hitch. The tech (Travis) who check my system first was great. He found my problem and explained my options. The install crew was the best. They were professional, clean, fast, and taught me a lot about my system. Air Supply Services have my support.
