I went here because of a Livingsocial deal and requested Shiva because of the reviews on Yelp. I think Shiva did an alright job. The deal included a shampoo, cut, and highlight. I asked for a highlight but Shiva only did the top front of my head. What about the back and inside of my hair? I'm going to get my hair redone by another stylist.Shiva was nice, but I most likely will not be coming back.

Shiva does an excellent job and the price is very fair! I have long straight, fine blonde hair and I get highlights and a simple trim each time I go. She is friendly, easy to talk to and listens to exactly what I want. Definitely give this place a shot. Great location, too!

I don't support lazy customer service. Walked in at 6:20 and asked for a trim. There was one person in the chair and two stylists. The stylist not with a client told me to come back tomorrow, with this sheepish look on her face. If you're open until 7, you need to take people until 7. Just because you want to …

Fairly Mediocre, but it's what you can expect for a $20 haircut. I was dying for a trim and it's open on Sunday's, so I took a chance. Not the best cut I've had, but not the worst. Don't expect to have your mind blown. They'll do what you ask but not much more. I left with damp, un styled hair and hair all over my legs :/

My hair is highlighted with bleach and is very frizzy and wavy. After the keratin treatment, it is healthy again, smoother, no frizz and only takes 1/2 the time to blow dry. It's great for this Houston humid weather. Shiva does my Keratin treatment and haircut. She is very sweet! Oh, and she does great threading too!! :-)
