This has been byfar the worst experience I have ever had. First I got there at 10 am and did not leave the shop until 9 pm. I previous used a bad perm so my hair has broken off a lot in the middle and I dont have any edges. When I get in the chair the lady immediately started talking in her native language and started rubbing my edges and pulling my hair. The next thing I know they are all...
