What a rinky dink outfit

I really don't know where to start. Bad equipment and bad service are two of the worst things that come to mind. I've dealt with the company for six years now and only recently, within the past 5 months or so, have never dealt with such incompetant people. Only one service man who knows sales but absolutely knows nothing about the equipment he works on. He makes more problems than he fixes....
