Though the problem showed up late in the day Affirmative Reps arrived, immediately inspected, reviewed and took care of the serious problem. They were. courteous, friendly and very much knowledgable. I will be doing further work with this family owned business. I was impressed.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. James Slack himself. After a friendly exchange of hellos and small chat, he immediately discovered the issue I was having with the system. He kept me informed the entire time, giving me straight answers, something that I've discovered is not common in this area since moving from the midwest a few years ago.
