I recently left my phone in one of the cabs, although I didn't know which company I had taken. After I was able to track my phone down (the driver was unaware that my phone was in the taxi), I called Affinity and a dispatcher/driver really helped me out. He worked very hard to help me retrieve my phone, and even called this morning to follow up. Mr. Morgan will never know how grateful I am!...

My wife and I used an Affinity Cab that we hailed on the street. We parked on Fort Ave in Federal Hill and were taking the cab to tailgate at Ravens Stadium. The cab driver was pleasant and both my wife and I enjoyed our conversation with him. After being dropped off and walking a few blocks I realized I had left my car keys in the back seat. I feel like affinity cab double charged me. I'm taking cab pretty much every day. All I usually pay - 9$ for cab plus tip. I took affinity cab and driver said it only 4-5 miles away. He refuse to answer my question - how much would it be and said he doesn't know. Well. Wonder why. Cz by the end of our trip I seen it was 18,60$. Very disappointed with this company.
