Lydie is an outstanding professional - knowledgeable, experienced and always willing to help. She's an amazing athlete who has the rare ability to effectively teach and coach the common person. She's a great instructor who practices everything she teaches. Lydia is almost overqualified - highly educated and skilled medical massage therapist with extensive experience in physical rehabilitation....

Lydie is an awesome instructor! I've been attending her classes for a few years. She keeps the workouts varied and interesting. She knows a lot about human anatomy and how to avoid injuries

I have been practicing Pilates with Lydie at her Aerial Bodies Pilates Studio for the past few months and I am really enjoining! Lydie is great with all her students and she has lots of knowledge about Pilates #pilates #aerialbodies
