Cheap Rent, but Cheap Safety

The good: Rent--We pay half of what the surrounding buildings pay. You can't beat it. But we have had an increase every year. Courtyard--Great amenity for the price. We take our grill outside all the time. Lots of Natural Light. Great Management--very responsive and replaced broken appliances no hassle. Gas Range.

The bad: Safety--this is the most significant issue we've had. Exits/Entrances...
