This has been a terrible experience. The tech took our TV almost 2 months ago, took our money for service call and for the part and when we call to ask about the status, he rambles on about how he has had such a difficult time finding the part and that this just never has happened to him, etc. Now, we were fed up with excuses after he did not...
This was a disaster from the start, the tech if you want to call him that didn't show up until three days later at 10:30pm at night and stayed there for three and a half hours. He talked for about three of the hours doing nothing but wip ping down the TV. He couldn't talk and work on the TV at the.same time. He was here 3 1/2 hours doing nothing.
