Called just now to schedule my first appointment and the woman I spoke with, Adrianne, was rude. Declined to schedule anything because of that.

I arrived early for my appointment but waited 30 mins. after appointment time to be seen. The entire staff was unfriendly and uncooperative. The Dr. didn't listen to my symptoms but instead had a predetermined diagnosis. Against my better judgement I allowed them to perform a biopsy so unfortunately I have to return for the results.

If I could give this office 0 stars I most definitely would. Thankfully I had a morning appointment so my wait time wasn't very long at all but the majority if the staff and the doctor were rude. I felt rushed during the appointment, like he really didn't have time to see me. When he stood up to leave with the assistant we were still trying to ask him questions... Not very helpful or knowledgeable or resourceful. Dr. Steinberg made me so uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this place. From what I have read from previous reviews, I should have steered clear.
