Poor service. They forgot my appointment and acted as if it was my fault for scheduling it too early in the morning. Never bothered to call either. I had to track them down after 45 minutes and ask where they were. They said they could be there in 30 minutes. I specifically told them I had to go to work and took 1 hr off to get my carpets done.
