We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here! Great location, all rooms are oceanfront. Staff was very friendly. Good value, much less expensive than the big chains. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Elevator a little slow, but no big deal. Have stayed here several times and always enjoyable.

Some of the nastiest management/staff you'll ever have the displeasure of meeting. There is absolutely no reason to treat people with such discourtesy and disrespect. This is a well-located oceanfront hotel with a decent (unsupervised) indoor pool, but there are dozens of choices on the beach where you'll feel more welcome and appreciated.

I really enjoyed the motel since it's my first visit here. Normally I stay at the Sheraton but had a tighter budget so I took the risk staying at the Seahawk.
Pros:
Clean room
Nice beds and sheets
Amazing view of the ocean
Refrigerator
Microwave
Cons:
Hair in the bathroom
Shower head is outdated
Noisy next door and people in...

My kids and I decided to stay an extra night in Virginia Beach but our hotel was booked, so we booked here. Check in isn't until 3 and it was only 11a.m., but there was a room available so the gentleman at the desk let us check in early!! Total bonus! We have stayed at the Seahawk for nearly 20 consecutive years. There are no fancy amenities but rooms are kept spotless. Location is in the very heart of the VA Beach resort area. All rooms face the ocean. On either side of the hotel are fancy chain hotels charging over twice the price of the Seahawk. They have no restaurant...
