Stay away from ADT.The install was great.The system seems to work well.But, the rates keep going up and up.When I called to cancel they left me on hold for over 30 minutes and then tried to tell me they could get me a lower rate.When I told them I wasn't interested, they put me back on hold for 20 minutes while they "got my cancellation number."By the way, it takes 30 days to cancel.What a joke.
the worst service to get into.i used adt for over 5 yrs and didn't know my sensor was broken. serveral technitions came in and said it's been fixed but it never was.they charged $250 for upgrade their box 2 months ago and asked me upgrade for new panic button for $125 today.i cancelled the service and i will never look at them again.
