I have no opion about their scheduling or back office but I can say I went in with a complicated windshield job, one that two previous shops including safelite did 3 times previously and it leaked every time. Admiral came recommended by a Porsche shop I work with and they did a good job, within 2 hours, for a reasonable price. It has been two years and there are no leaks. I am going back to them for a rear glass replacement and figured I'd offset some of the negative reviews regarding timeliness and organization with a positive review on the quality of the work.
