I have being living at Addison for going on three months now and I honestly can't complain. This is my first time living on my own and I really enjoy it. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful and the one maintenance concern I had was taken care of almost immediately! Also, I love my kitchen and having a washer and dryer so that I don't have to leave my apartment to do laundry.

CONS- rent is a little high, you get more space in other apartments for less. parking really stinks, people that live across the street park in your space. walls are stremly thin, not good for privacy. balcony glass door feels unsafe.
cabinets are old and ugly. rug is dirty and stained.

Just moved in a week ago and honestly I have say the property is very nice and the staff were very helpful throughout the application process. the units were renovated with new appliance looking very stylish for the price renting the place. I would recommend living here (Military friendly, fairly quiet, and modern).

I moved in on january 25,2010 and the apartment is the nicest that I have seen. Since then I have enjoyed staying here, The grounds are kept nice and well lit. Maintenance staff is very competent, professional, resourceful,and quick to respond. Leasing staff is very courteous, respectful,and willing to help.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the petersburg area.

Crater Woods is a great apartment community close to all the major highways and shopping. It's convenient to everything. I am currentlly residing in a 1 br and am thinking about moving to a 2 br. The office staff is always helpful and maintenance staff responds quickly.
