The food was delicious and freshly made by the owner's wife. He's also the host, the bartender, and the cashier, so don't expect quick service. They are not always open, either, so call before you go. When you go, you'll eat delicious food.

We were so pleased to find this Ethiopian restaurant tucked into a little storefront a block from the Convention Center (near the Galt House.) They offer authentic Ethiopian dishes -vegetarian and meat, spicy or just flavorful. The blends of flavors are new to us and amazing. They also have Mediterranean items on the menu.

I had the Ethiopian vegetable platter, and it was enough food for two people. I ate it all anyway. The vegetables were all moderately spicy, probably less spicy than most Ethiopian food, but very good. For the price, you can't beat it.

We were downtown for the Fleetwood Mac concert and the restaurants were packed with a long wait for dinner. We walked by Addis Grill thinking it looked interesting but kept on.
