i rented a u_haul from this guy he was rude on the phone when i asked questions about the service becauase i have never rented a truck before. Felt as though he was annoyed with the questions i had like i was holding him up. Didnt walk out and show me anything on the truck (not that its hard) but i assum ehe would show you how to use the ramp and stuff like that. The truck was just about on ful when i left i brought it back slam full. He forgot to give me the blankets so i had to turn around after about 5miles and go back. When i returnd the truck i removed all trash and filled it up he called and said he was charging me $30 because i didnt fold the blankets i used i simply laid them in the truck. and he said the truck was dirty. I had used styrofoam during moving and picked up all the pieces so there must have been so crumbs on the ground. complete jerk horrible customer service. i paid $80 to rent a truck and blankets and he expects me to fold his blankets and wash the truck! rediculous.
Over the past 13 years I have had at least 3 occasions I needed electrical diagnostic and repair services on my 98 Mustang. These guys have taken care of me every time !

Was quality work at a fair price when dad ran the business. I had years of multiple starter, alternator and other electrical issues resolved. Son is a radically different story; very negative attitude and apparently incompetent employee(s). My mistake was assuming problem was more electrical in nature than the $15 repair just performed by AAA. A $79 scanner charge and 4 hours apparently...
Victor has worked on my vehicle twice for different problems. Both times he did a great job, was very friendly, and professional. And the price was reasonable. I highly recommend him to all my friends.Connie
