An NGO that's losing it's way

The parent organization in France is great, but conversations with current and former staff of ACF USA paint a depressing picture of an organization that's lost it's way - weak financial management and trouble finding and keeping good staff. It sounds to this former contributor like an organization that has become very internally focused -- it's lost sight of the mission. Too bad, maybe the parent in France can help 'sort things out'...
