These apartments are a great size at a low price. With that said, the management doesn't really know how to manage. They frequently stuck notes in our door saying they were having workers come out the next day, giving little to no notice. They closed the office early on a regular basis and randomly chose not to open at all on several Friday's. When we moved out, we spent 4 hours at least cleaning our apartment and it was spotless; however, they still charged a 100 dollar cleaning fee because supposedly there were crumbs in the cabinets. We also paid to have the carpet cleaned as per the lease agreement and they charged us 45 dollars for carpet cleaning anyways. They are completely ridiculous and they don't seem to understand the fact that normal wear and tear happens when you live in a place for two years. Don't bother cleaning or getting the carpet done since they will rip you off and charge you again either way.
Excellent staff, grounds are well maintained, maintenance response is immediate, office staff is very friendly and extremely efficient. I love how peaceful and safe the neighborhood is and I would recommend Acorn Grove Apartments to everyone!!
Never will I live out here again....they don't keep there apartments up you have to call two and three times for someone to even show up...I won't recommend this apartment to my dog!!! And wanna charge for every single thing....they are just money hungry
The price is affordable. What the other person said in the review is true. The parking is tight and people do ding your car. The leasing staff is ok. They are friendly for the most part. You can hear everyone's noise. The walls are really thin. I hear talking, phones vibrating and everything else. I hate that I have to leave my windows open quite often to reduce mold in my unit. Although the apartments are not new, they are very well maintained. It's a relatively small complex, and the people are friendly. It's off the beaten path with a very quiet, inviting setting. There is a clubhouse, laundry room, and small playground for the kids. It's also pet friendly. The office staff is friendly, caring, and accommodating. They know who you are and treat you like family.

The apartments are not worth saving a buck. People ding their car with their car doors. The front office constantly pester you will their publications.
This complex has been wonderful to live in. Such a great location near shopping and interstates. The complex includes some utilities and the management is amazing. Grounds are well kept and neighbors are very nice. We planned on only being here one year but its been so great we are staying longer!!!
I've lived here for two years with my mom and we left to be closer to the beach but we were shocked at how awful all the other apartments were in comparison -price/size/hookups/parking. One year later, I moved back to Acorn Grove and have been here almost 4 years. It feels like a ranch style house inside and you don't hear the neighbors. All ages live here but mostly families and its quiet....
