Stole my electronics and damaged my property, then denied the claim. As well, they were rude and also strung me along for several months before ultimately denying my claim. I would not use this company, they are extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

This was a horrible experience. I asked specifically that of all the furniture I was sending to my daughter to be most careful with my 150 year old dining room table that I had just finished having refinished. The table arrived with significant scratches on one leaf and the table leg broken with the driver attempting to repair with wood glue and duct tape. The communication with both the local business and the company and the claims department was far from satisfactory. I would go with any other company than this one in the future.

The worst military move ever!! Substandard customer service to deceptive business practice to a turely last minute notice for delivery. I never had this kind of worst customer service during my 18 years of service to our country. Every time I transferred, I had pretty good moving companies with pleasurable experiences. Mr. Mike Chandler asked me if I wanted the update on the status and he promised to call me back at noon time in Arizona time, perhaps he did not know that we had three hours time difference and but he did not call me back, ergo, I missed my lunch time. This is our second time moving with Wheaton Van lines,
both times cross country and both times we were very
satisfied. Wayne, our driver was very helpful and went
above and beyond our expectations. Wheaton is a
professional and competitively priced company to use. I
