Ordered a part, was told I would be called when it arrived, no call. I finally went, it cost more than the quote, employees very rude, made no eye contact or apologies.

Don't waste your time with this guy!!! His worker quoted me one price over the phone and when I went in to buy the spindle he quoted me on, the manager looked up a price on Sears.com and marked it up $30!!! This guy thinks he's the only game in town, save your time and money, try A1 saw in Lodi, …

When you need your chainsaw chain sharpened, go see JP and Earl at the Main St. ACME Saw & Supply store in Stockton, Ca. It was like my lifelong, next door neighbor, telling me, "Doug, come get your chainsaw in the morning". My chainsaw was ready as promised; great price; no muss, no fuss.
