We just used them and they were excellent. 2 trees taken down, and a pruning of 100 foot tree as well- absolutely no complaints. Employees efficient, friendly and helpful. I tried to schedule an appointment to have 1 tree removed and another trimmed.The estimate was reasonable, however I was told that I would not nor could not be called prior to the men coming so that I could move my vehicle from the driveway. "The men would just show up, probably at the end of a day." I can understand not being able to schedule a specific day but "anytime"????

Ken the owner is a real jerk. His workers damaged my car at a job. I asked them for a card to talk to owner and they told me to f. Off. Called the office and after a few calls ken told me the problem was my my fault and then told me to f.. Off. Tough guy on the phone. I wonder how he will do in small claims court. Probably never see any money either.

Don't go with this company. Like previous reviewers stated, they are unprofessional. The man never calls you back to finalize an agreement and expects for you to be ready by calling the day before as if anything was agreed upon. After telling him that I decided to go with another company due to his lack of confirmation, he called me an a-hole. Very insulting... He will be reported to the BBB.
