We Paid $2480 for Nothing

In July, 2015 we signed a contract with Ace Handyman Windows Division and gave them a check for $2482. Today is January 8, 2016 and no work has ever been done. In fact, we (and the Better Business Bureau) are unable to get any response from numerous attempts to contact the company. I had to give a star rating to post this warning; however, for me "zero " or less should be their rating.

My husband and I have been a two time customer. We did both the insulation and gutter covers. Both projects were done at different times. We had a minor problem with the gutter cover they came back out and serviced it and it has been great since.
