Suppose to open at 9 am.. at 915 am called customer service because no one was here still.. get told after being placed in hold that someone will be there 10-15 minutes.. someone finally shows up at 940.. then get told it will be 20-30 minutes u til we can be helped.. are you freaking kidding me!!
