we strive very hard to please our customers, i'm truly sorry that you had such a bad experience at our little creek rd location. we guarantee and stand behind our work, if your service was performed correctly, and your automotive problem still continued our policy if to try and help the customer fix the issue. i'm sure we didn't just take your money, and send you on your way.

Diagnostics are free when the customer does the intended repair with us. There are so many customers that come to our locations needing answers to the vehicle problems that we just do not have the time to tie up one of our service bays on the thought that they might want to get the repair done.
