Home inspector neglected to turn back on two of the circuits. One was no big deal it was over a work bench that was rarely used. The other however caused significant damage. It was the breaker for our chest freezer in the basement. We did not go into the freezer for a week. obvious basement water damage missed

Our inspector told us the efflourescence on the walls minor moisture due to the poor grading in he yard. The discoloration on the floor tiles were said to be due to "old age". The mold on the bottom of the bar and work bench area was totally missed. The musty smell in the air was "nothing".
