They cancelled appointments on me for 3 straight days. They would not answer the phone when you call them or return a call when I left a message. This company should be put out of business. Do not use this company

Accurate appliance is my service company . I will use no one else. They came out on a sunday evening and fixed my a/c last summer when it was blistering hot. They had everything they needed to fix it. Then my 4000.00 sub zero fridge broke ; bam ; tech wade came out & fixed it and gave me great service - like always !

I had the worst experience of my life in in doing business, no "trying" to do business with this company! They are impossible to work with. The repairman came to my house to replace an icemaker for my fridge, and do some work on my washer. He absolutely did not know what he was doing. He cut my fridge completely off by removing the icemaker, then replaced min. parts to make the fridge work,...
Should have looked into this company before paying $99.00 to have them come out to and tell me he had to order a part for my dryer that would take two weeks to arrive. He called me the next day to give me another phone number for another company! Called me 2 hours later to inform me he couldn't get the part for my refrigerator when I called him about a dryer. Very disappointed.
