They have had my cell phone for over a month and have not contacted me once despite three trips in and none of my 9 phone calls were returned. This is the most poorly run business in the dmv. What was a simple repair turned into an ongoing nightmare. Something shady is happening here. I was told once I went in the third time that the price was triple what I was quoted. The old bait and switch.

They fixed my cracked iPhone 5 screen in under 4 hours. And the price can't be beat! Now my phone looks brand new :)
