Having serious problems with the quality of their work & them taking on the reponsibility of their bad work. They do not promptly return calls especially if we are calling about problems with their repair work. Today the repair person broke the piping that drains the condensation water form the AC which resulted in 4 ceiling leaks. They do not have an emergency number. How can this be?

We've used Academy for over 25 years, first in Spring Valley and more recently in Georgetown. They have been friendly, creative and effective. They do things that other companies say cannot be done, and find ways to keep costs down. We have tried other companies but have never found the level of satisfaction that we find with Academy.
