I was very pleased with the service and staff. I went to another vet in the area but every time I called they could not see us. I called before lunch one time and they told me to go to Academy East. That was a mistake because the staff at Academy East was friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and concerns. They got me in quickly despite being busy the whole time I was there. Will definitely be using them in the future!

DO NOT take your pet here to be groomed!!!! I am MORTIFIED at the cut that my yorkie just got today!! Shorter than I asked for and chopped up like you would not believe. Her little legs look like PEGS!! Hair is shorter in some places and longer in others. The absolute WORST cut ever. All this after a DETAILED explanation of how I wanted her cut!!! I am totally DISGUSTED!!!

DO NOT take your pet here to be groomed. My Yorkie was groomed there today and my poor baby looks like someone groomed her with a HATCHET!!! And this was after leaving DETAILED instructions on how I wanted her cut. I am TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!!
