Shame on you! My Mother called you Friday February 7, 2014. She was at 20% level. She was told she would have a delivery on Monday February 10, 2014. As of 10:30am today she still has NO propane and at 10% If the power goes out their only source of heat is their gas logs. My parents are in their 70's. After being good customers for eight years, we disconnected service after getting a whole house generator. Not pleased with the business office or contract. I went with this company to support small local business and it was a poor decision. It is impossible to schedule refueling of tank nor do they call even though I have made numerous requests.
