I wished I knew that the service ABC Bankruptcy performs is a complete waste of money for two simple reasons. For starters, you can get all the paperwork for free through the WA State Bankruptcy Court and it’s not any harder to fill out than the worksheets ABC gives you. More importantly, if you are really broke, which most filers are, the state lets you file an indigent application for FREE. You don't even pay a filing fee, and they even give free legal advice. The guy who runs this never mentioned that for some reason, and he refuses to give any legal advice. Not to mention he’s not...

After wasting time and hundreds of dollars filing through this ABC service, I just discovered you can get all the forms for free through the WA State Bankruptcy Court, and you type it form fields, so it looks just as professional. What really killed me was finding out I may have even been able to get the filing fee WAIVED. Something the guy at ABC didn't even mention. I could have done the...
