Over the past two years I have bought and paid off a washer and dryer. Just prior to my final payment my washer machine broke and I called the Manchester NH store to inform them, the washer was still under warranty and covered by Aaron’s they informed me that service could not be scheduled until the 13th and I asked for a loaner they did give me a non comparable loaner that was damaged upon...

If I could give 0 stars I would. We paid a lot of money to lease a bed frame per month, it came a week late, they brought the wrong pieces twice, we weren't able to have it set up until three weeks after we paid for it, and then in the middle of the night the bedrail split and I fell on the floor. Good thing I didn't get hurt. Called to tell them I wanted to return the bed, this was almost two...
