I will never use this company again! I scheduled a pickup both online and over the phone the day prior to pick me up after dropping my car off at a well known auto service shot. I gave explicit directions and pick up time. Waited a half hour past my appointment and finally gave up. Taxi never showed and didn't even bother to call me leaving me stranded. Luckily, the shop owner was kind enough to give me a ride home. How hard is it people? Taxi service is what you do for a living. Stay away and find another taxi service!!!
