This office has little to no customer customer service skills. They go out of their way to make your experience as painful as possible! They tack on hidden charges, raise your rates, double charge your credit card, place their locks on your unit then charge you to cut off a lock they put on by mistake. Highly unprofessional con artist that just want to steal your possessions to sale at auction for thier ""charity auctions."" Do yourself a favor... go someplace else. I wouldnt rent from these people again if I wanted to store a truck load of dirty diapers!!! I don't think anyone at this...
