Do not use this service/store. It is a rip-off to say the least. They tell you something major is wrong when it is a little part that might cost $11.66. They are rude and dishonest.

This company is disreputable. I was promised a TV diagnosis/repair in my home and all they did was pick up my TV, charge me $59.95 and then say there would be additonal charge at the store where they were bringing it. The owner said he would refund my $59.95 but he never did. This company knows nothing about customer service or honesty!

The business does not fairly assess your issue unless you bring your item to the store. Buyer beware...this company quickly collects payment for a home visit but does nothing. Better off finding...
