I have used AAA Piano Services three times in the last year, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. This company appears to have the lowest rates in the DFW Metroplex. They moved my dececed mother's piano and it showed up with a broken ivory key and water damage. The owner first claimed that the damage must have been there when it was picked up, then stated that he checked it over at pick-up and there was no damage. He's refused to do anything to address the problem.
