My husband took his car to MEW for inspection, and was told that he needed new ball joints before it would pass. He took the car back to have the ball joints replaced, but when he went to pick it up, was told that the work hadn't been done because he hadn't specified the repair - "We thought you just wanted it inspected," was what he was told. Well, my husband had specified what he wanted...

I really don't want to give them ANY stars! Went to them because my Saab 900 (Classic) was acting up. Told Scott I was trying to drive back to CT. He said he would be able to look at in 20 minutes and would call me with a diagnosis and estimate.

4 hours later I still have not heard from them so I went to pick up my car and take it elsewhere. When I got there, they would not let me take car...
