My tires were delivered to the installer on Friday and I called immediately for an appointment. They couldn't get me in until Monday at 4pm, ok they are busy. When I made the appointment I told them I also wanted an alignment. They took the make, model, etc. I arrived around 3:45 on Monday and was told it would be 6, closing time before they would have my tires on and a alignment. No problem, I...

Fine for tire install - but look out for extras

I haven't used AAA before for car care, but found them through TireBuyer - first time buying tires online and having them sent to installer. That whole process was very smooth and worked fine.My only complaint was when they looked at the car on the lift (also doing an oil change) that they were recommending some MAJOR work be done (rear main seal, etc.). Went to another mechanic for 2nd opinion...

AAA Car Care center in Cary was quick and efficient. The staff were very friendly, and I appreciate them not trying to push any extra services on me. The facility was also very clean, and the wait was short. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
