AA Dependable appliance service of Clinton, MD came to my home and fixed my refrigerator. The technician was very courteous and fast, but the company did not disclose their $74.50 service call fee. I only found out about it after the technician was half way finished with the repairs. I called and the Manager was not courteous at all when I asked him to explain the fee and what it entailed. ...

DO NOT USE. They preform work that is not authorized and bill you for the work. When you attempt to discuss it with them they say it was necessary or "it was after hours and we could not get in touch with you to authorize the work".
