Told my insurance company they were on their way, 25 minutes out. Hours later, no contact from them, I had to leave, and learned that my car had been impounded by another towing company. I spoke with the "manager," who asked me what towing company I owned, so I could tell him how his business worked. Apparently, requesting a paid service, then expecting that service to be completed as promised, is not how this towing company works. Avoid.
Horrible! Got them tho replace my convertible top and they broke a window. Didn't replace the seals and it is leaking! It wasn't leaking before I got it replaced! One of the handles that hold the top in place was bent! They did fix the window. But I was so disgusted with them I wouldn't let then touch my car again. Oh, yeah I had just had my car painted and someone placed a cup on the hood with something sticky on it and it left a cup ring on it! They didn't even wipe it of, instead they let it bake in the sun! The guy who replaced the top was very rude
The dispatcher texted me 2 different etas while I'm on the side of the road. After 30 minutes passed I called back and he hung up on me after placing me on. 5 min hold. The dispatcher lied to Pepboys, who contracts them out that he had a truck break down and sent it to another driver but the other driver had to help a state police
