Charged me $130 for a house call, ordered a part for me that was covered by my warrenty, then wanted another $165 to come back. Then when the part came and needed installed, they told me they couldn't do the job with no explanation.

Prompt response to my inquiry. Called and scheduled a day before - saving me weekend price point. Scheduled for early afternoon but was able to respond before lunch - thus freeing up the rest of my day to do other required chores.
