Spa was delivered on time and set up with no problems at all. Technicians were very friendly and helpful. They set it up and went over the instructions with me. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of everyone I have met or talked with regarding my purchase from the beginning to end.
I totally recommend A-Tex to anyone looking for a great spa, you will not be disappointed :)

I bought a hot tub from A-Tex back in January, and I'm really happy with it. When I had an issue with it, they came right out and solved the problem immediately by fixing a switch on it. They were polite and prompt.

I have had a spa before, but I came to A-Tex for an upgrade. The one I purchased with them was better quality. The sales service had been good, until they made the sale. Afterwards I felt like they were done with me. I had an issue with my spa a month later, and I called them for help.
