Called to get an estimate on a job that had already been spelled out by three other plumbers. They charge a service fee just to come look at a job. Flohawks and Rotorooter did not! Seems like they are unwilling to give a little to get a lot, it was at least a $5000 job!

These guys are terrible. They string you along and want to replace everything you have. They start with a low bid and 1 item, and as they keep going, adding more and stringing you along. Went from around $500 and 1 day to over $2500 and 3 days. BE AWARE, NEVER USE THESE GUYS!! If I could give a "0" star, I would.

This is the type of company that gives all plumbers a bad name! Total rip off. Seriously $660.00 to replace 2 water supply lines on a water heater, that took less than an hour. If I was not on my way out of town I would have NEVER used them, but circumstances did not give me that option. Be WARNED, please save your money and go elsewhere!!!
