I am writing to you in order to commend the service I received recently from your customer services department. I have a large plasma television for few years which recently stopped working. On phoning your company, I was immediately attended to without being put on hold by a very pleasant and knowledgeable person who named himself Yan. He assured me that a technician or himself would be with me within 24 hours to assess the problem. I was most stunned when within the same day he came to my house and fixed the problem. I must commend the service of both your telephone personnel as well as your technicians, you run a very commendable business and I will continue to use your store as opposed to any competitor as well as recommending you to family and friends
