Wish I could give you five stars but unfortunately I never got a call back. I called Wednesday night and the on-call plumber was very quick to return my call. We talked for a few minutes and he said he would give me a call back Friday morning by 9am with quotes on putting in a new hot water heater, he had to talk with his boss first.
