The ladies at A Dog and Cat's World are like an extended family. I have brought my dogs to them for over a decade. They groomed my last maltese from the time he was a puppy up until he passed away at age 12. I would request they walk him due to his "old man" bladder and they were very willing to do so. I trust them with my babies and they do an amazing grooming job. I don't mind paying a little...

I have been using a Dog and Cats World for years. I have tried several other groomers in town and they were never as good as ADAKW. I have always received great service. We have a Yorkie and used to have a Sheltie, great job on both.

The grooming was acceptable, but the customer service was awful. They held our dog for 9 hours without taking him out to relieve himself. When we inquired that we felt 9 hours was a bit much for a 6 month old puppy, we received an extremely flippant response. They charged us an extra $20 for de-matting that came as a total surprise. $85 to groom a 15 lb schnauzer seems a little ridiculous,...
