The manager Nguyen came out on a Saturday to complete an emergency work order that was supposed to be taken care of by a different company on Tues. But they said they weren't working on the weekend so they subbed the job out to A/C plus. Unlike the previous company, Nguyen, within minutes, was able to find the source of some key issues and replace the damaged part all together. I was happy to...

This service provider was AWEFUL. The technican was unreliable, rude and incompetent. I had to get a second service provider to give accurate diagnosis and repair. What a waste of time and money. I do not recommend, contact at your own high risk!
