Snobs, took one look at me and my daughter then proceeded to tell us that the gowns we were looking at were from $500 to $5000 and he would hate my daughter to have her heart broken if she tried a gown on and couldn't afford it. I would never give them a dime of my money.

This place is a godsend! I had tried so many places and was treated terribly. Most places don't even let you touch the dresses. Mary helped me and I felt like a queen, she didn't hesitate to get me in her dresses and was honest with me. Some of the other ""name brand"" places turned me away the first time, but when i made my appointment and went back, thinking that they just wanted to allow special time for me, I regretted it even more. Also, at the other places, i tried several, I felt like i was buying a car, the sales ladies were very pushy about buying their dresses. I wore a...

I had a terrible experience here I had a dress on hold and about 1 month later became pregnant and knew that by the time I was married the dress would not fit. I had given the store $600 the dress was simply placed in a different room it was not altered in any way or special ordered. I asked only for $300 store credit. That would be giving them the other 300 just for the trouble of bringing the dress from the back of the store back to the front; they gave me no money back and said they would rather not work with difficult brides like me who change their minds.
