great prices and service. called at 9 pm on a Saturday night and was not charged an outrageous emergency service call fee. my mother in-law has used them for several different issues, new water heater, a few new toilets, a new kitchen sink and some faucets for her bathrooms. they offer discounts for seniors and service people alike. i'm impressed
